Thank you for considering enrolment at Phoenix P-12 Community College. We welcome enquiries for all year levels throughout the year.
If children are of school age and in our neighbourhood zone, then we will enrol them on the most relevant pathway that we believe will enable them to be successful.
The first step in the enrolment process is to contact the College and fill out an Enrolment Enquiry Form and parents/guardians are to provide the following documentation:
- Student’s Birth Certificate.
- Student’s Immunisation Certificate.
- Student’s Latest School Report.
- Proof of Address.
- Any additional documentation relating to previous assistance required for your child’s learning.
The documents listed above must be submitted to the General Office within three (3) days of making the initial enquiry or the enrolment process will cease.
The College will be in touch with the family after all information has been received and contact has been made with the previous school to gather further information relating to your child’s academic progress, behaviour/social conduct and requirements to be successful. Following the submission you will be contacted by an Assistant Principal to organise an Enrolment Interview (parents/guardians and student must attend this compulsory meeting).
If your child is currently in Grade 6 and seeking a place in Year 7 next year please refer to your government Primary School as per the Department of Education and Training’s Transition Process.
Primary School (Years Prep – 6) enrolment enquiries should be directed through the Redan Campus Office on (03) 5329 3293.
Middle and Senior School (Years 7 – 12) enrolment enquiries should be directed through the Sebastopol Campus Office on (03) 5329 3293.
